John, Sandy and family first came to the beautiful Central Coast on vacation, and found "the best of the country, close to the city, and the sea."  For the Brantingham's where San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties meet, was a natural fit, offering them the best of both worlds with sprawling beaches and rolling hills.  Family matters most to them, and they settled on the beautiful Nipomo Mesa in 1989.

Real Estate has been their profession since 1976, and Daughter, Carrie Lou Andersen, joined the team in 1997.  Ever since, The Brantingham Andersen Team have been successfully helping other families make the most of the fabulous Central Coast lifestyle.
